Anyway good time last night. Shot much....MUCH better than week that's for sure. Plus I almost got an Ace last night on 6...oh it was sooo close. Looked like it hit the chains dead on but cut through. DANG...it's been so long since the last one I thought it was my time. But no such luck. Also good to see Tammy out on a Wednesday again.
Only 12 of us out this week...guess maybe the "spring rush" we see every year on mini attendance might be coming to an end. As we were up around 20 or more until the heat kicked in.

Down to 9 this week...pretty low for a Brentwood mini. Had a good time on the card I was on though, hope the other card did the same. Heck I even had a good round for myself...Even moved up in metal tags for the second straight singles mini.(which is hard to do with as little metal tags that are left in circulation)

16 of us out last night to the Brentwood mini. Not bad considering it was so hot and some regulars weren't there. Had a good time getting to play on a card with Brandn for what is possibly his last mini in San Angelo....going to miss you CHUMPY! But not enough to move that BBQ pit again! ;)
1st Handicap mini is in the books....Only 7 of us, but it was a really good time. Forgot the cards in my bag, but I'll get scores posted for the handicap update.
I do know Matt is back in town...and took our money and our tags!
OK we had an issue last night that needs to be fixed as soon as possible. Kirk put in his tags, and in the end was short his black and white 2009 plastic CVDGA tag. It is the number 9 tag that was suppose to go to him. Hopefully this was just an accident and someone accidently grabbed and extra tag some how. So please everyone that was at the mini please check your bag and your pockets from last night and see if we can get this tag back to him. Yet another fun Wednesday night at the disc golf course. Sure wish I could of hit even have the putts that spit out on me, but that's the way it goes sometimes. We had 17 players out last night, not bad considering the Cowgirls opening game was on.(got home and it just didn't seem right watching NFL football on a Wednesday???)

Another big turnout last night...I'm guessing due to the large Ace Pot. Or maybe it's the nice weather? Whatever it is, it's good to see...and good for the club! Had a good time playing on "top card" last night, sure wish I could of held it together a little better that 2nd 9...but I just couldn't stay in bounds and of course had a few "jason putts"...Still it was a fun round and hey I can't complain, I won my money back in the end! Some of you guys should have stuck around a little longer and you would have gotten some money back as well...remember we pay 1/3 of the players at singles minis, that meant 7th place!

It was a great time on the card last night. From Coby being Coby(obama) to SteveO's "put your foot on top of the basket putt" I had another great night on the course. And we had 11 players, so not to far off from last months much warmer mini.
Like Patty says, hopefully Christian's knee isn't to bad and heals quickly! How is it one of the sober players is the one to fall down and get hurt?

So I'm not sure how far you guys paid out...but looks like Brodie might have gotten screwed. The cards that were turned in say he shot a 65 with a 10.4 handicap, but his score after handicap was written down as 64.6....which would have tied him for 4th place.
