Well I know it's early for football, but I am looking to see how many people might be interested in doing a live draft league this year. I am in 2 live draft leagues each year, but one of them has a lot of "issues" with it. One minute the league is done, the next it's going.....one guy thinks it's "his" league, but other's think it's "our" league. So if you are interested in playing in a live draft fantasy league this year please post here.
Thinking something along: $50 to enter $3 trades/waivers moves Payout to 1st and 2nd, something along a 70%/30% split?
Would probably do it through yahoo, unless someone has a better option?
You would not have to be at the draft, but you would need to do it over the phone or have someone draft for you if you can't make it.
I doubt either of them would be in....they have been in the leauge I am trying to get away from before I was. And Big John is pretty stuck with this league, they actually do 2 leagues with the exact same points, same server, and even the same people for the most part. Plus Juice does the South Park league, and I doubt he'd want to do 3 live drafts. 2 live drafts and a auto pick is usually enough for most. Need to ask Rod, Cody, and a few others that don't read the board as often....Maybe Heather, she like fantasy football.
We've got a couple of months before we need it to be full. So just keep your ears open.
So it's getting closer to time for this to happen or not. I'll get with Nando to see how many players he's got lined up. I talked to Big John about it and he sounded interested, but not sure yet. I'll get with him again. Also mentioned it to Matt Harris, he said he and his brother might want in.
Time to start getting some yeses or noes, no more maybes.

This league is $10 to play, winner take all. It is an autopick league, so make sure to set your draft order. I won't set the draft to "ready" until the sunday before the first games. And there is no extra costs for waivers/trades.

Sweed sure looked good last night with 2 of the grabs he made. So did Dixon at QB! Plus it was good to see our 1st rounder get his first sack! Going to be a long season for non-Steeler fans!
I was talking to Chad last night and told him he should sign up because he kept putting it off. He did and got the last spot. Looks to be a good group of sh*t talkers. This ought to be fun.
The $10 league drafted last night, so we are ready to go just in time for that league.
Mikey, I don't know how you got the Steelers D....you must of had them pretty high, cause I had the really high up my list. My D(NYG) is predicted to get 13 pts this week, and the Steelers only 9...wanna trade?

Looks like it is going to be another year of barely squeeking by for the stealers. Good game though. Great way to start the 09-10 football season with an overtime game.
btw-Thanks for the Ass WHOOOPIN in the $10 league this week. When Peyton threw that first TD in the first minute of the game, I thought OH YEAH I GOT A CHANCE....I"M GOING TO COME BACK AND GET JIZZLE!!! But then he really didn't do much else until the last long TD pass in the 4th.
At least I'm 2-0 in both my other pay leauges...and Brees is looking like a great pick so far at #2 in the South Park league. COME ON tToT and GMM$$P@!!!
Wheeeewwwww, that was a little close last night, but we found a way to pull it out. What a show by the O-line and the rest of the offense!!! To bad the D hasn't stepped up since losing Palumalou, hopefully he's back next week! And what a wakeup call Mendenhale got last week...he went out there with something to prove!
