Thought I would start a lost and found thread for returned discs that have been brought in to Cortse Flag. A lot of you know, but since it's a new season and I've got several new players coming into the shop on a regular basis some may not: I am a very big supporter of giving discs back to their owners. If they have taken the time to write their name on it...they probably would like it back...wouldn't you like your disc back if you lost it? So 2 years ago I started a lost and found here at the shop, for those "honest swimmers" to have a place they can drop off found discs and try to get them back to their owners...discs miss their owners don't you know....
So for those of you that have found discs you would like to try and return, drop them off here, and either you or myself can call the phone number on them to let them know. I am not charging anything to do this, it's just a service I'd like to offer for both those that don't go swimming and those that do, but want to try and return your "catch" free of charge.

Just wanted to thank Matt's brother(I want to say his name is Kevin?) for getting my disc out of the nasty on 3 at Brentwood....thew my "brand new" red first run Surge(with no name on it yet) in there Saturday morning, someone had broke a water main up the way and it was flooding water all the way down the creek which had the part around 3 blacker than normal. I had given up on it and just sat down in my truck when I hear "JASON", whew.......Many Thanks!!!! Glad you found a no namer in there for your troubles. yo this is Gary Wells, thanks for finding my KC Banshee warlock. I just found out about the website today and registered. I am actually moving back to San Angelo right now. I have been getting back into the swing of playing golf again and am looking forward to playing in the mini's and the tournaments. I really do not recognize anyone here but im sure ill see some familiar faces. I played back in the day when we didnt have baskets on all 18 out at the lake with carl and the old crew. I really wanna meet everyone and get my name back on the top of the list soon. >:) Da baddest golfer U ever met>:)
Welcome to the board Gary, and back to disc golf. You are right, there are a bunch of new names and faces since you left. I think I had just started playing, and may have met you once or twice before you left. About the only faces that you'll probably recognize at minis are Juice and Carl. Flyin Ryan and Randy are around, but don't play much club stuff, and Richard has moved to A&M. The club is going strong though, and wednesday minis are averaging around 15 or so people. Sundays are a little lower than that, but still happen except for tourney weekends.
